"Casa Rita" is a lovely modern town house just a few minutes walking distance to Arrifana Beach.

The house has two levels: 
 

The ground level with a fully equipped kitchen, the living room, a guest toilet and a back terrace with a table to enjoy breakfast and dinners outside.

On the first level the house has two bedrooms - the very spacious master bedroom with a terrace, a bathroom with bathtub and the second bedroom also with a small terrace. Each terrace is equipped with a small outside table and chairs.

Another stairway is leading from the first floor to the top of the house/rooftop terrace that is offering paranomic views and ocean views in the distance.

 

In addition to the normal occupancy of 4 people, there is the possibility for 2 extra people/kids with the use of the sofa bed in the living room.

This comfortable home is very close to several Cafés and Restaurants in Arrifana (2-5 minutes walking distance) and also to Arrifana Beach (5-6 walking distance).
